Dry Fruits
Dakh / Kishmish / Raisin
Kishmish and munakka, which are the same fruit at different sizes and dried in different ways. Regular Dakh is the everyday golden raisin. Kishmis Lambi is the long one, sweeter and less sharp. Kali Dakh is the black seedless. Munakka is the big one with the seed still in, which is what is meant when a recipe or a vaidya says munakka — Jumbo and Regular, the difference being size alone.
