Before you write

Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page. For a parcel that is on its way, Order Tracking will tell you where it has reached. Delivery timelines are on Shipping & Delivery, and a claim for a damaged or wrong packet goes through Returns & Exchanges.

Orders and deliveries

We deliver across India, and every order ships free. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of confirmed payment and usually reach you 3 to 7 business days after that. Keep your order number handy when you call or write, so we can find it straight away.

Buying for a gift

Gift boxes and hampers are not available at the moment. For a gift, order the loose packs on the website and put them together at home; you can enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout.
