Before you write

Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page. For a parcel that is on its way, Order Tracking will tell you where it has reached. Delivery timelines are on Shipping & Delivery, and a claim for a damaged or wrong packet goes through Returns & Exchanges.

Orders and deliveries

We deliver across India, free, with no minimum on the bill. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of confirmed payment and usually reach you 3 to 7 business days after that. Keep your order number handy when you call or write, so we can find it straight away.

Buying in bulk or for a gift

For festival hampers, shop supply or a large order, call or send a WhatsApp message. Weights and rates are easier to settle over a call than through a form.
