Where we deliver
Pan India. We do not offer international shipping.
What delivery costs
Delivery is free on every order we ship, and there is no minimum order value.
Order processing
Confirmed orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 3 working days of receiving confirmed payment. You may cancel at any point before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Transit time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. It varies with the courier and the destination pincode.
Tracking
You receive a tracking ID by email or SMS once the order is handed to our logistics partner. You can also check where the parcel has reached on the Order Tracking page.
Your delivery address
Please make sure the address is complete and accurate at checkout. An incomplete address causes delays and return shipping fees, and because the products are perishable an incorrect address can lead to cancellation without refund.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons of taste, texture or change of mind. A refund or a replacement is issued only when the product arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, and only when the claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery with the Order ID, photographs and an unboxing video.
