Dry fruits and spices are perishable, so this policy is strict. Please read it before you order. Delivery timelines are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns for damaged, expired or incorrect items
We accept returns and exchanges for defective products only — that is, a product that reaches you visibly damaged, past its expiry, or different from the one you ordered. In those cases you may choose a replacement or a refund, and the return costs you nothing.
What we cannot take back
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons of personal preference — taste, texture, aroma, or a change of mind. Food that has left our counter cannot be sold again, so this is a matter of safety rather than policy.
When a refund or replacement applies
- Damaged or expired: the product is visibly damaged or expired on arrival.
- Incorrect product: you received an item different from the one you ordered.
How to raise a claim
- Tell us within 24 hours. Write to contact@rajdryfruit.com or call +91 94624 74712 within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. Because the goods are perishable, a claim raised later cannot be verified.
- Send the evidence. The claim must carry your Order ID and a clear unboxing video along with photographs showing the damage to the product and to the outer packaging. Claims without sufficient proof are rejected.
- We verify and resolve. Once the claim is verified by Raj Agencies we either dispatch a replacement or refund the original payment method, whichever you prefer.
Who pays for the return
Nothing. Where a claim is accepted, we arrange and pay for the collection ourselves, and there is no restocking fee. You will never be asked to courier a damaged order back at your own cost.
How long a refund takes
Once a claim is accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. A replacement is dispatched with the next delivery run.
