Terms & Conditions
Rajdryfruit.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Raj Agencies. These terms govern your access to the Site and to all products and services offered on it. By using the Site you agree to be bound by them.
1. Sale of goods
- Products: we sell dry fruits and spices, subject to availability. We work to keep descriptions accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is free of error.
- Pricing and payment: all prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without prior notice.
- Order acceptance: placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if our fraud checks flag it.
- Food safety and allergens: Raj Agencies complies with the relevant Indian food safety regulations (FSSAI). Our products are handled in a place where nuts, seeds and spices are also handled. Customers with severe allergies consume them at their own risk. See the FAQ page for more.
2. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are set out in the Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns in the Returns & Exchanges policy. By accepting these terms you accept those policies, and in particular:
- Delivery: limited to Pan India only.
- Timeline: orders are dispatched within 3 working days, and may be cancelled at any point before dispatch.
- Refunds: a strict no return, no refund policy applies, except for verified damage or an incorrect product.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- Age: you must be 18 years or older to use this Site and place orders.
- Account security: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
- Lawful use: you agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, product images and software, belongs to Raj Agencies or to its content suppliers, and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property law.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Raj Agencies is not liable for any injury or loss, or for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the products.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Salumbar, Rajasthan, India.
