Cashew / Kaju

Nine kinds of kaju, and the difference between them is size and how they are cut. Super and Jumbo are the whole, large grades that belong in a gift box; Regular is the everyday one; Kaju Faad is split in two and Kaju Tukda broken into four, which cook and grind exactly the same and cost less. Roasted, Black Pepper, Peri Peri and Masala are seasoned at the counter in small lots, so they are eaten fresh rather than stored open.
