How it works

Open a conversation on WhatsApp with the number of boxes, what each should cost and the date they are needed. We answer with a proposed mix, a photograph of the finished box and a dispatch date, and we say plainly if the figure will not carry what you had in mind rather than thinning the quantities to make it fit.

What goes in a box

Four to eight compartments, one item to each. Turkish Apricot is worth a compartment in almost any box, because it is soft, keeps well and breaks up a tray that would otherwise be all nuts. With it, Jumbo Cashew does the heavy lifting on first impression, Black Kismis adds a dark seedless raisin, and Regular Anjeer rounds it out.

How long it takes to reach Hyderabad

Three to five days from dispatch. That window covers offices across the city, and it accounts for the fact that an address in the older parts of the city and one in the newer office belts can sit a day apart on the same run.

Add the three working days we take to weigh and pack and the honest planning figure is a week to a week and a half from confirmation. For Diwali, place the order about two weeks before the festival. Couriers are carrying far more than usual in that stretch, and the two weeks is what keeps a slow day from becoming a gift handed out after the office has emptied.

Counts, from ten boxes to five hundred

A ten-box order for a single team is normal work here, and so is a five hundred box run for a whole company. The difference is scheduling rather than treatment: small counts go out quickly, larger counts get a dispatch date we commit to in writing. Orders start at ₹1,500 and every order ships free.

Invoice and paperwork

Every order carries a GST invoice in your company’s name. Send the registered billing name, the address and your company’s GSTIN when you confirm the order, and the invoice is raised against those details from the start, which is far easier than correcting it afterwards.

Purchase order numbers are printed on the invoice when you give us one. If accounts want the paperwork before the delivery, we send the soft copy as soon as the order is dispatched.
