How it works

Message us on WhatsApp with the count, the rough cost per box and the date you want them delivered. We reply with a mix, a photograph and a dispatch date. If the figure does not stretch to what you had in mind, we say so and suggest what to change rather than quietly shrinking the quantities.

After you confirm, we dispatch within three working days. Tracking goes to you the day the cartons leave. What goes in a box

Four to eight compartments, one item to a compartment. Mamra Badam Regular is the almond most NCR offices settle on because it is the one people recognise as the good grade. How long it takes to reach Delhi NCR

Three to five days from dispatch, and that covers Delhi itself along with Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. NCR is spread out and the last leg varies by which side of it you are on, which is why the window is a range rather than a promise of a particular day.

Three working days to pack, then three to five on the road, so an order confirmed on a Monday is normally in hand by the following week. For Diwali, place the order about two weeks before the festival. Couriers across the region are at their busiest then, and two weeks absorbs that without anyone having to chase.

Counts, from ten boxes to five hundred

We take a run of ten boxes for one team and a run of five hundred for a whole company, and the work is the same at both ends, just longer at one. Orders start at ₹1,500 and every order ships free, so a small departmental order is not penalised for being small.

Larger counts get a dispatch date confirmed in writing, so you can tell your own people when to expect the cartons. If the boxes need to land at more than one NCR address, send the list with the order and we label each carton by site.

Invoice and paperwork

You get a GST invoice with the order, raised in your company’s name. Send the registered billing name, the address and your company’s GSTIN when you confirm the order, because an invoice made out to a person is the usual reason a claim sits unpaid for a month.

Purchase order numbers are printed on the invoice if you give us one. If accounts want the invoice before the goods, we send a soft copy as soon as the order is dispatched.
