How it works

Message us on WhatsApp with the number of boxes, roughly what each box should come to, and the day you want them in hand. What goes in a box

A box carries four to eight compartments with a single item in each. Walnut Kernels Two Pieces are clean halves rather than the broken bits that usually turn up in a gift tray, and they look it. How long it takes to reach Chennai

Four to six days from dispatch. It is a longer window than our western and northern routes because the distance is greater, and we would rather quote it honestly than give you a best case that holds only some of the time.

Put the packing time in front and the planning figure is close to a week and a half from the day you confirm. For Diwali, place the order about two weeks before the festival, and on this route make that the floor rather than the target. The longer the run, the less room a late order leaves for one slow day on the way.

Counts, from ten boxes to five hundred

Ten boxes for a single team and five hundred across a company are both routine. Smaller counts move out quickly; larger ones get a confirmed dispatch date so you can tell your own people when to expect them. Orders start at ₹1,500 and every order ships free, so a small run is not treated as an inconvenience.

Invoice and paperwork

A GST invoice comes with every order, raised in your company’s name. Send us the registered billing name, the address and your company’s GSTIN when you confirm, so the invoice is correct from the outset and nobody has to chase a revision later.

Where there is a purchase order, give us the number and it is printed on the invoice. If your finance team wants the paperwork ahead of the goods, we send a soft copy as soon as the consignment is dispatched.
