What goes in a box

A box is four to eight compartments, one item in each. The steady choices are Jumbo Cashew, which is the compartment people notice first, Mamra Badam Regular for the almond section, Pista Kernels for colour, and Medjool Dates where you want something soft against all the crunch.

How long it takes to reach Mumbai

Two to four days from dispatch. Mumbai is one of the quicker routes on our list, and most offices in the city and the suburbs fall inside that window. Add the three working days we take to weigh and pack, and an order confirmed today is realistically sitting on desks inside a week.

For Diwali, place the order about two weeks before the festival. Every courier in the country is carrying more than usual in that stretch, and two weeks gives the order a full packing run and a full delivery window with room to spare.

Counts, from ten boxes to five hundred

Ten boxes and five hundred boxes are the same job here, only longer. Small counts are packed in a day or two; larger counts we schedule and confirm a dispatch date for, so you are not guessing. Orders start at ₹1,500 and every order ships free, which means a ten-box order for one department is as welcome as a company-wide run.

Invoice and paperwork

Every order comes with a GST invoice in your company’s name. Give us the billing name, the registered address and your company’s GSTIN when you confirm, and we raise the invoice against those details rather than against a personal name, which is usually what holds up a reimbursement.

If your finance team works off a purchase order, send the number and we print it on the invoice. A soft copy can go out as soon as the order is dispatched if accounts want it before the cartons arrive.
