How it works

Message us on WhatsApp with the count, roughly what each box should come to, and the date you need them in hand. We answer with a proposed mix, a photograph of the finished box and a dispatch date, so nobody is approving a paragraph of description.

Once confirmed, we dispatch within three working days and the tracking follows the same day. Where an order runs two levels, a fuller box for clients and a plainer one for the floor, we pack them as separate labelled lots so they arrive sorted. What goes in a box

Four to eight compartments, one item to each. Cranberry is the compartment that changes the character of a box, sharp against everything else in the tray and immediately visible. Beside it, Jumbo Almonds make the box look as considered as it is, Blueberry is the small luxury compartment, and Kalmi Safawi Dates carry the soft half of the mix.

Every compartment is weighed to the gram rather than filled by eye, and the box is sealed airtight before it goes into the shipping carton, which matters on a four to six day route more than on a short one. How long it takes to reach Kolkata

Four to six days from dispatch. That is a wider window than the western cities because the run is longer, and we would rather give you the real range than a best case you would then build a schedule on.

With three working days of packing in front, the honest planning figure is around a week and a half from confirmation. For Diwali, place the order about two weeks before the festival, and on this route count that as the minimum rather than the comfortable answer. A long run plus a busy season leaves very little room for a late start.

Counts, from ten boxes to five hundred

A ten-box order for one team and a five hundred box run for a whole company are both ordinary here. The larger the count, the more useful a fixed dispatch date becomes, so we confirm one in writing and work to it. Orders start at ₹1,500 and every order ships free.

If the boxes are going to more than one Kolkata address, send the split with the order and we label each carton for its destination. On a longer route this is worth getting right at our end, because moving cartons around after they arrive costs more time than it saves.

Invoice and paperwork

Every order carries a GST invoice raised in your company’s name. Give us the registered billing name, the address and your company’s GSTIN when you confirm, and the invoice is correct from the start instead of being reissued after accounts look at it.

Where there is a purchase order, send the number and we print it on the invoice. A soft copy can go out the moment the consignment is dispatched if your finance team wants it before the boxes land.
