Yes, we, Raj Agencies, are committed to providing **premium quality** dry fruits and spices. We source our products from trusted suppliers and ensure they are freshly packed before shipping to maintain their optimal flavor and nutritional value.

What is your complete shipping process and delivery timeline?

We process and dispatch all orders within **7 working days**. We offer delivery **Pan India only**. Once shipped, delivery time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking ID after dispatch. For detailed information, please see our Shipping Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We follow a **Strict No Return/No Refund** policy. However, if you receive a **damaged, expired, or incorrect item**, you must notify us within **24 hours of delivery** with photographic and unboxing video evidence. Do you accept international orders?

No, at this time, we only ship to addresses within India (**Pan India**). We do not accept or process international orders.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
