1. Delivery Area: We deliver Pan India only. We currently do not offer any international shipping services.
2. Order Processing Time: All confirmed orders will be processed and dispatched from our facility within 7 working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) of receiving the confirmed payment.
3. Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, though times may vary based on the courier and the final destination pin code.
4. Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner.
5. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays or return shipping fees. Incorrect addresses may lead to cancellation without refund, as products are perishable.

Exceptions (Replacement/Refunds)

A replacement or refund will only be processed under the following verified conditions:

• Verified Damage: The product received is visibly damaged or expired upon arrival.
• Incorrect Product: You received an item different from what you ordered.

Mandatory Claim Procedure:

If your item qualifies under the exceptions above, you must:

• Provide Evidence: Your claim must include the Order ID and clear **unboxing video** and photographic evidence showing the damage or incorrect item. Claims without sufficient evidence will be rejected.
