Strict No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products (dry fruits and spices), we strictly enforce a No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund Policy, except in the sole event that the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery. For shipping details, please see our Shipping Policy.
1. Conditions for Refunds/Replacements
- No Subjective Returns: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for reasons related to personal preferences, such as taste, texture, or change of mind.
- Exception: A refund or replacement is processed *only* if the product received is visibly damaged, expired, or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Mandatory Claim Procedure
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund under the exception above, you must follow this procedure:
- Immediate Notification: You must notify us at rajdryfruits1950@gmail.com or call +91-9462474712 within 24 hours of the courier's recorded delivery time.
- Evidence Required: Your claim must include the Order ID and clear unboxing video and photographic evidence clearly showing the damage to the product and the exterior packaging. Claims without sufficient proof will be rejected.
- Resolution: If the claim is verified by Raj Agencies, we will either issue a refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement product at our discretion.
